Contact form submissions are kept for up to 24 months from our last exchange, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Client data is kept for the duration of the contract and for up to 36 months afterwards, to meet accounting and record-keeping obligations.

We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards: encrypted connections, role-based access control and two-factor authentication on our tooling accounts. That said, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Our services are intended for organisations and individuals aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
When we make a material change, we update the effective date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify active clients directly.

The specific work, volume, deliverables and timelines are set out in the individual contract or proposal signed with each client. Information on this website is introductory and does not constitute a binding commitment.
Service fees are payable on the cycle stated in the contract, normally in advance of each service month. Media cost is separate and paid by the client directly to the platforms. We may suspend services if a fee remains unpaid for more than 15 days.
Ad accounts, historical data, pixels and audience files belong to the client. Creative assets we produce transfer to the client for use once paid for in full. Keel's methods, internal processes, document templates and tools remain the property of Keel.
Both parties agree to keep each other's business information confidential, including performance figures, margins, strategy and contract terms. This obligation continues for 24 months after the engagement ends.
We carry out our work with professional skill and reasonable care, but we do not guarantee any specific revenue, ROAS or cost per order. Advertising performance depends on many factors outside our control: platform policy, competition, seasonality, product quality, pricing and the experience on the client's own website. The figures shown on this website are past results from selected clients and are not a promise of what you will achieve.
To the extent permitted by law, Keel's total liability for any claim is limited to the total service fees paid by the client in the three months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, including lost profit, lost business opportunity or data loss caused by third parties.
The minimum commitment is three months, after which the agreement continues month to month. Either party may terminate on 30 days' notice. On termination we hand back all access, documents and reports within 10 business days.
At any given time we work with only one client per specific niche. The scope of that category is defined in the contract.
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. The parties will first seek to resolve any dispute by negotiation; if that fails within 30 days, the matter will be referred to a court of competent jurisdiction in Vietnam.
